This policy explains how Kuripan uses cookies and similar storage on our website. Cookies are small files stored on your device that help websites work and remember your preferences.

1. Essential storage

We use your browser's local storage (not a cookie) to keep you signed in and remember simple choices: your cookie consent (lbConsent3), whether you've seen our founder note (lbBetaNote3) and your selected currency (lbCur). Dismissing the announcement bar is remembered for your session (lbAnnX). These are needed for the site to work and are always on.

2. Analytics and session recordings (optional)

We use these only if you switch on Analytics on our cookie card. They help us see which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck. They run on our marketing pages only — never in your Kuripan account or in the chatbot on your website.

• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — counts visits and which pages people view. Cookies: _ga (up to 2 years) and _ga_* (up to 2 years).
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — records how visitors scroll and click, and builds heatmaps. Clarity masks the text you type into fields. Cookies: _clck (up to 1 year) and _clsk (1 day). Microsoft may also set MUID (up to 1 year).

Google Tag Manager loads these tools. It loads only after you allow analytics and does not set cookies of its own.

We don't use advertising or marketing cookies.

3. The chatbot widget

When the Kuripan chatbot runs on a business's website, it may set a cookie to remember a visitor's chat session so the conversation works smoothly.

4. We don't sell your data

We do not use cookies to sell your personal information.

5. Your choices

• Change your mind at any time — select Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. If you switch analytics off, we stop the tools above and delete their cookies.
• We ask again after 12 months, or sooner if we add a new tool to this policy.
• You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may affect how parts of the site work.

6. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here.
